These terms govern The Complete Practice Takeover giveaway and the referral programme run alongside Why Your Site Gets Visitors But No Calls. They sit on top of our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Where they conflict, these terms apply to the giveaway and referral programme only.

One prize: The Complete Practice Takeover, a package of services we perform, stated at a value of $15,250 USD. It comprises:
The stated value is our standard retail price for those services. The prize is services, not cash. It has no cash alternative, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and cannot be resold. We may substitute a component of equal or greater value where necessary.
Entry is open to people aged 18 or over who register for the workshop. The prize is built for a dental practice, so to claim it you must own, co-own or hold decision-making authority over a dental practice, and be able to provide the access we need to deliver (domain, hosting, Google Business Profile). Employees of JansenLucas.com and their immediate families cannot win.
Duplicate, fake, bot-generated or self-referred registrations do not count and may void all of your entries. A registration counts once, at the email address used. We decide what counts as a valid referral, acting reasonably.
The winner is drawn live during the workshop on Friday 4 September 2026, and you must be present in the live session when your name is read out. If the drawn entrant is not present, we draw again. This is stated on every page that mentions the giveaway.
The draw is at random from all valid entries. It happens on air, in view of attendees. Our decision is final and we do not enter into correspondence about it. VIP purchase is not required to enter or to win.
The winner is announced live and contacted at their registration email within 5 working days. If we cannot reach the winner, or they do not confirm eligibility under section 3, within 14 days of the first contact attempt, the prize is forfeited and may be redrawn or withdrawn.
Delivery begins once we have the access listed in section 3. Timelines depend on the winner supplying content, approvals and access; we are not responsible for delays caused by non-response.
Separately from the draw, referrers unlock digital resources at these milestones. These are delivered automatically to the email you registered with:
Milestone rewards are digital downloads. They carry no cash value and are not transferable.
We use the details you give at registration to run the workshop, the draw and the referral programme, and to email you about them. Referral counts are stored against your email address. If you win, we may name you and your practice publicly in connection with the prize; tell us at hello@jansenlucas.com if you would rather we did not, and that will not affect your entry. Full detail in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
Nothing here is a guarantee of a result. What a practice earns from a website, a booking funnel or a review system depends on its market, its competition, its pricing, its team and its own effort. Any figures, testimonials or examples we show describe individual outcomes and are not a promise of yours.
We may amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway if it cannot run as planned -- including for technical failure, platform outage or anything else outside our reasonable control -- and will publish any change on this page. We are not liable for entries that are lost, delayed or not recorded for reasons outside our control. Entering means you accept these terms. Governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
