How to Delete Your Data

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes your website form entries, email address, and any conversations we had with you on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger.

How to ask

1. Send an email to lucas@jansenlucas.com with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us which email address, phone number or Instagram / Facebook name you used, so we can find your records.
2. Or reply DELETE in the WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger conversation with us.

What happens next

• We confirm your request by reply, then delete your records from our systems within 30 days.
• We keep one minimal record that you opted out (your email or phone number in a suppression list), so we never contact you again by mistake. You can ask us to remove that too, but then we cannot guarantee we will not contact you if you join a list again.
• Records we are required by law to keep, such as payment records, are kept for the legal period and then deleted.
• Data held by Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) is governed by Meta. You can delete it from your own account settings in those apps.
