Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will make a good-faith effort to contact the party who posted the content so they may file a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was issued in error.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was in error, and your consent to jurisdiction. Counter-notices should be sent to the same email address above.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
