- Payment information (processed securely through third-party payment processors -- we do not store card details)

Messaging Channels (WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger)
If you message us, comment on one of our posts and ask for details, or tick the box to be contacted on WhatsApp, we use the WhatsApp Business Platform, Instagram and Messenger (all provided by Meta Platforms) to reply to you and to send you the messages you asked for.
- What we receive and keep: your name or profile name, your phone number or account ID on that channel, the content and time of the messages you send and we send, your consent (what you agreed to, when, and where), and whether you asked us to stop.
- What we use it for: answering your questions, confirming and reminding you about events you registered for (such as our free workshop), and keeping a record that we may contact you. We do not use these conversations to buy or sell data about you.
- How you stop it: reply STOP on WhatsApp or Messenger at any time, or write to lucas@jansenlucas.com. We then stop messaging you on that channel and keep only the record that you opted out, so we do not contact you again.
- Who processes it: Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger), our email provider, and the hosting provider that runs our dashboard. They process it only to deliver the service to us.
- How long we keep it: conversation records are kept while we have an active relationship with you and are deleted within 30 days after you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep a record.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
